About AlphaPatriot

In real life, AlphaPatriot is Darrell Carden.

The views presented on this site in no way reflects those of my employer, family, friends, acquaintances or distant cousins as these generally fall into three categories: the smart ones that agree with me, those that tolerate me because of my wit, charm, great intellect and modesty, and those who think that I'm a raving wingnut who's one Kennedy away from going medieval on the next vegan moonbat that barks.

Letters From La-La Land analyzes the three letters to the editor in the LA Dog-trainer that were chosen for printing one day concerning a puff piece on John Kerry the war hero. The post is by Damnum Absque Injuria and won this week's Watcher's Council.

My post, UN Inaction, was deemed worthy enough to take second place.

I Attempt a Swift Ad from JustOneMinute [tagline "Go, Balloons. Go, Balloons." Heh!] took first place in the non-Council member category. It is an excellent intertwining of John Kerry's 2004 acceptance speech and his 1971 Senate testimony.

Antiphony from The Glittering Eye takes a non-partisan look at "two choirs face each other across the expanse of the blogosphere". Nice!

All posts that received votes from Council members are listed on the Watcher's site. You should go and peruse.

Bloggers should take note of the Watcher's kind offer to allow you to independently add one of your literary efforts for consideration in next week's Watcher's Council.
