About AlphaPatriot

In real life, AlphaPatriot is Darrell Carden.

The views presented on this site in no way reflects those of my employer, family, friends, acquaintances or distant cousins as these generally fall into three categories: the smart ones that agree with me, those that tolerate me because of my wit, charm, great intellect and modesty, and those who think that I'm a raving wingnut who's one Kennedy away from going medieval on the next vegan moonbat that barks.

10 Most Harmful Books

Human Events asked 15 "conservative scholars and public policy leaders" to choose the Ten Most Harmful Books of the 19th and 20th Centuries.

HT to Spiced Sass.

I'd like to have seen it expanded to all of human history (as I would have liked to have seen which of Rousseau's books would have made the list), but this is fairly interesting. And like Spiced Sass, I am confused by the inclusion of Darwin's Origin of the Species in the Honorable Mentions.

I would also like to see a list compiled by liberals. I wonder how high up the Bible would be on that list, and if the Koran would be mentioned at all.

Update: Say Anything has an interesting observation. Heh.
