The views presented on this site in no way reflects those of my employer, family, friends, acquaintances or distant cousins as these generally fall into three categories: the smart ones that agree with me, those that tolerate me because of my wit, charm, great intellect and modesty, and those who think that I'm a raving wingnut who's one Kennedy away from going medieval on the next vegan moonbat that barks.
I do not do links for the sake of reciprocity. I link only to those sites that I read and I only read RSS feeds. Feel free to send me a link to your site and I'll take a look. If I like it, and if you have a feed, I'll add you to my blogroll.

NY representative Charles Rangel promised to retire if Democrats don't take control of the House this fall.
"I'm a poker player and I've had good hands all night long. This is all in," Rangel said in an interview. "I would not put everything on the table if I thought for one minute we would lose."
Dems have a steep hill to climb, needing to pick up 15 seats to take control.
Somehow I think this promise has as much substance as Alec Baldwin's, Robert Altman's and Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder's promises to move to France if Bush was reelected.
But some bloggers remain optimistic. Say Anything says, "Talk about motivation for Republicans to get out and vote."
