In the good news column, Amnesty International has stopped laying all the blame on the Jews. A recent report accuses Hezbollah forces of war crimes and "serious violations of international humanitarian law" during the Lebanon war. However, the report completely ignores the fact that the militants set up shop in civilian areas to discourage retaliation, except for quotes from Hezbollah leaders refuting such activities.
