About AlphaPatriot

In real life, AlphaPatriot is Darrell Carden.

The views presented on this site in no way reflects those of my employer, family, friends, acquaintances or distant cousins as these generally fall into three categories: the smart ones that agree with me, those that tolerate me because of my wit, charm, great intellect and modesty, and those who think that I'm a raving wingnut who's one Kennedy away from going medieval on the next vegan moonbat that barks.

Today's Wise Words on Immigration

. . . comes from Kim du Toit:

And speaking of reality: everyone keeps talking about how we should be “realistic” in approaching the illegal immigration issue (and should therefore accept the Senate/White House amnesty plan). That’s total nonsense.

What’s unrealistic is the expectation that granting amnesty will stop more people from coming here under the same circumstances as their predecessors.

According to Rassmussen, only 16% of the public believes the Senate will decrease illegal immigration. I am not one of those.

Worse yet, our senators recently defeated a motion to prohibit gang members, terrorists, sex offenders and other criminals (including those who have been ordered by a court to be deported) from being considered for being granted the right of taking permanent residency amongst us and our children. This was done by compromising on a weaker version of the amendment counterproposed by Democrats.

Our senators have their priorities all wrong.

Kim rightly urges everyone to call their representative right now to stop this abomination. Already called? Find your Senators and Representative and call again, then write and email!
